CPAgents provides an AI-powered accounting automation platform designed for CPA firms. The service connects to QuickBooks Online accounts, reads transactions, suggests expense classifications, and writes approved decisions back to the books, subject to CPA review where configured.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorized to connect each client QuickBooks Online account you link to CPAgents.
4. Client data and authorization
You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations to connect client accounting data to CPAgents. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you transmit through the service.
5. Intellectual property
CPAgents and its content, features, and functionality are owned by CPAgents, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our written permission.
6. Payment and subscription
Access to certain features requires payment of subscription fees as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We may change our fees upon notice to you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPAgents, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CPAgents, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention practices.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new effective date.
